No matter where you go out to shake your booty, you’re bound to find a certain “type” of dancers. Be it a bar or a baraat, you have seen at least one of them. If not, you are one of them (admit it!).
Dancing is fun. But you know what’s more fun? Making fun of people dancing. This person will come alive and dance in spurts, almost always with a group of friends, with the sole objective to make them laugh.
They are easy to spot and usually hang out on the outskirts of the dance floor. This type of dancer is very restricted in their movement. They usually will only bop their head or arm to the beat, with feet moving from side to side a little.
The Awkward Turtle
I’m sure you know who I’m talking about. They wanna hide inside their own body. And when they finally hit the dance floor (with a stolen dance move, of course), they look like a mannequin trying to dance. Well tried! you awkward turtle!
The Crowd Creeper
You never know when he’ll show up and you might not see him coming, but he will invite himself into your circle. And even god help if he finds you alone. He has one rule “He WILL find you and he WILL grind you”.
They are straight up Michael Jackson reborn! They channel their inner Beyoncé and we all look like monkeys in front of them.
These two betray their respective squad to be all up in each other’s business. These two turn all the dance moves into making out. Just go home already! Or go to your car!
The Sexy Slayer Squad
Nobody can take their eyes off them, can they? There’s something about their sexy moves, even us straight girls can’t stop looking at them. You go, girls!
The Drunk Dabber
This person dances while spilling their drink on everyone. But they sure do fun dance moves with the glass on their head like all uncles.
The Social Slider
This person slides over to the group dancing just to show he is having fun *wait for it* on his stories. This person waits for people to turn up, for social media.
So next time you’re out busting some moves, let’s see how many you can spot!
