RETURNS POLICY

We at DANCEFORA.COM work hard to provide our customers with the latest fashion at impeccable quality and amazing prices. If you did not like the fit, color or design simply return/exchange the product within 15 days of delivery.

To return/exchange a product, use our easy online returns process by logging in to your DANCEFORA.COM account. You can also Call our customer Care Team on +919999262139 (Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 7 pm) or email us at poke@DANCEFORA.COM.

Exchanges

You may return an item(s) AND exchange it for the same item(s) in a different size or color, or of the same dollar value. While you pay shipping costs to return item(s) to us, we are happy to send your exchange merchandise at no shipping charge to you.

Please note, additional shipping charges may apply for items you add above the value of your original order. There is no charge for the return of defective items or items we may have shipped incorrectly. Please make your return as outlined below.

The Return process - Online Return/Exchange—you can return or exchange an item online at DANCEFORA.COM by following the below steps.

  • Log in to the 'My Account' section at DANCEFORA.COM
  • Select the product that needs to be returned/exchanged
  • Follow the steps and fill in the required information to complete the process.

Need to return – Few points to remember

  • Returns/exchange request need to be within 15 days of the delivery of product
  • Please fill the returns form for easy processing of refunds
  • All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons, and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.
  • In case you receive a damaged/defective, the company should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We might request you to share snap shot at poke@dancefora.com
  • In you choose to self-ship the products, they should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised.
  • Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
  • Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.
  • In case of orders where reverse pick-up may not apply, customers can self-ship the items to DANCEFORA.COM. In this case, an amount of Rs. 100 will be reimbursed in the customer’s account towards shipping costs in the form of a coupon code. This will be done post the quality check of all the received items.

Non-returnable categories- Following product categories fall under "No Return/Exchange" unless there is an inherent damage/quality issue at the time of delivery due to a miss from our quality team.

  • Any freebies
  • All undergarments
  • Tights
  • make-up
  • hair care items
  • foot care items (including toe pads, etc.)
  • discontinued and clearance items

Shoe Returns: Please Read!

If you need to return the shoes from your order, they must be returned in perfectly new, unmarred, and unsoiled condition.

Ballet/Pointe/Jazz Shoes: Make sure your feet are clean and dry before putting them into the new shoe. Imprints will be left on the inside if tight or your feet are damp. We suggest you lay down a towel before trying them on. Shoes soil easily and the satin on the pointe shoes become scratched and marred easily.

Taps/Sneakers: Please try shoes on a carpeted floor only. The taps scratch easily and would therefore be non-returnable.

Please do not wear any shoes for class, outdoors, or for any length of time if you plan to return them.

How do you return?

  • Reverse pick up from your shipping address:Our reverse pick-up facility is currently available only in select locations, which fall under the service network of our courier partners.
  • Self-ship:In case your pin code is not serviced by our courier partner, you will have to self-ship the product(s) back to us, to reach our Returns Department. For all self-shipped returns, you will be reimbursed INR 100 towards your shipping costs as a voucher which can be used for future purchase on our website. The same is subject to your returns being inspected and quality checked on receipt in our warehouse.

Return Form is an easy-to-fill form that allows you to return the received shipment to DANCEFORA.COM. The Return Form is included in the shipment parcel along with your order. If you have misplaced the return form, print a new one. Mention the order details & complete shipping address on the packet.

Refund options for you- The customer can choose to get their refund in the following ways:

  • Cash refund via bank transfer into their account for all COD orders
  • Money back to the paid account/ credit card for all online orders.
  • A Coupon Code of the refund value in your DANCEFORA.COM account, which can be redeemed against any purchase. You may check the issued Coupon Code under the ‘Coupons’ section, by clicking on ‘My Account’ at DANCEFORA.COM.
